Cherry Me Up is an online platform that connects beauty service providers with customers looking for nail and lash services. We do not handle payments for services; all transactions happen directly between the customer and the provider.
2. Who Can Use Cherry Me Up?
To use our platform, you must:
● Be at least 18 years old
● Provide accurate and truthful information
● Not misuse the platform (e.g., no fraud, harassment, or illegal activities)
3. Service Providers’ Responsibilities
If you’re a provider, you must:
● Accurately describe your services
● Honor bookings made through the platform
● Maintain a professional standard of service
● Pay the required listing fee to be featured on Cherry Me Up
4. Payments & Fees
● Customers do not pay for services through Cherry Me Up; they arrange payments directly with providers.
● Service providers must pay a listing fee to be featured on the platform.
● Listing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in Cherry Me Up’s refund policy.
5. User-Generated Content & Fake Profiles
● Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their profiles, messages, and content.
● Cherry Me Up does not pre-screen all content but reserves the right to remove any content that is false, misleading, inappropriate, or offensive.
● Users who create fake profiles, impersonate others, or upload explicit/inappropriate content may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.

6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent activity, harassment, misuse of the platform, or inappropriate content.
7. Disclaimers & Liability Limits
● Cherry Me Up is a facilitator only; we do not provide services ourselves and are not responsible for any disputes, quality of service, or payment issues between customers and providers.
● We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims resulting from interactions between users.
● While we take steps to moderate content, we are not responsible for user-generated content, including fake profiles or inappropriate material.
● Users and providers are responsible for their own interactions and agreements.
